New Infill Homes Submitted for Planning

We have recently submitted a detailed planning application for 5 new homes in Bristol with a range of bungalows and houses within the former rear gardens of 3 existing houses. The project makes a more efficient use of land, and provides new low energy houses with South facing gardens and great views to Dundry Hills beyond. We have worked with a family and their neighbours to develop a scheme in careful response to a Pre-Application to the City Council, and look forward to what we hope will be a positive determination and Planning Consent for the clients.
