Most of our projects start with an Initial Design Consultation. To find out more, please complete the form below with details of your project.
The Initial Design Consultation (IDC) takes place on site, and is a great opportunity for us to meet each other, review the context, ask lots of questions, and discuss the project and your brief in more detail.
The meetings usually last around 2 hours and we will follow up with a comprehensive summary document incorporating the advice provided in respect of different aspects of the project (planning, cost, time etc), as well as the drawings undertaken, and a detailed Schedule of Fees for us to progress the project with you. We offer this IDC at £400+VAT (this cost is discounted from our Stage 1 fee if you choose to proceed with us).

We now have a much clearer view of what we want to do and how to take this forward - we couldn’t have done it without you. One of the directors came to the house, looked at the existing layout, found out about how we live in the house and really worked to understand what is important to us. He then sketched out a whole range of ideas. Some of them were challenging, some intriguing, some were safer, some were radical.
