Colourful communication

Communication is our primary and most powerful tool to bring your ideas to life. With good communication, we’re able to work with you to bring colour to the monochrome, and clarity to the rough.

A good relationship with your architect requires good communication. It's the best way to get what you want, on time, and on budget. Likewise, It’s also important to have good relationships and good communication with other consultants and contractors to get the best out of them; often the architect is the mediator who is fluent in both client and consultant languages. After you have appointed us for your project and we have decided which of our team will be working on it, you will receive a colourful 2-page PDF ‘CV’ to introduce you to that project architect, their background, passions, projects and natural communication style. We think it’s really important for clients to have a bit of an understanding about the person they will be working with, and we like to get to know our clients in much the same way.

In order to communicate effectively, we have a plethora of communication techniques: sketches, 3D models, reports, emails, phone calls, schedules, Pinterest boards, Miro boards, renders, virtual-reality, in-person meetings, video calls, community consultations, and more!

Even within this, we have a diverse team with an array of communication styles all ready to adapt to the wide range of communication styles our clients and consultants have. So if you have a preferred way of communicating with us: let us know... We’ll do our best to bring both the colour and the clarity needed to bring your vision to life!
