Barefoot starts its B-Corp journey

Looking toward a new financial year,  and especially given it's B-Corp month, it felt like an opportune moment to shout about our goal for certification! 

Our main reasons for setting up Barefoot Architects was to influence the construction industry for positive change. Although we're small, we have been making a lot of noise! We are always questioning norms and challenge clients, consultants and contractors to do things better (collaboratively and ecologically).

While it isn't always easy being different, we have faith in a sustainable future and want to be one of the organisations helping to make that systemic change! We're not totally sure how long this path to B-Corp status will take us but we're excited to be on a positive journey and to be part of a wider movement to make business better.
